Good Morning Britain star Ranvir Singh has said she is “excited” about the next step in her career after apparently quitting her job as political editor.
The Preston-born presenter has announced that filming for her new game show ‘Riddiculous’ will begin in May and has launched a casting call for the ITV series.
It comes as sources suggest the former UCLan student handed in her political editor opinion late last year in favor of a ‘new challenge’.

Ranvir, 44, took to Instagram to announce details of her upcoming TV project, leaving fans elated.
She wrote: “EXCITED! Casting Now! Brand new ITV quiz looking for fun, energetic and outgoing two-teams.
“Thousands of pounds to be won! Apply now: Filming is taking place in Manchester in May 2022 / You must be 18 or over to apply.”
According to the show’s description, the show will be hosted by Ranvir, with Henry Lewis joining as “Riddlemaster”.
According to a statement from ITV, the show will combine “verbal and visual puzzles” with teams tasked with deciphering clues and solving general knowledge trivia.
After three rounds, the teams will be whittled down with only one pair of competitors advancing to the finals to take on Henry’s Riddle Run.
They’ll then race against the clock to solve a series of unique, quick-paced puzzles – and have the chance to bet their prize pool on double or nothing on the final puzzle.
Ranvir said last year: “Hosting Riddiculous for ITV is a dream come true! I can’t wait to meet the contestants and watch them try to solve Henry’s puzzles.”
Henry added, “I’m truly honored to be co-hosting this amazing new show alongside the awesome Ranvir Singh. The format is brilliant and the whole team are a pleasure to work with. I can’t wait to get started.”
