UFL: football games outside the party set match date

While Electronic Arts will be close to Separation With FIFA and that Konami has simply buried the Pro Evolution Soccer license, the third party UFL is gaining ground and continues to attract the virtual community with announcements of partnerships of all kinds. If it is slow to manifest itself in a tangible way, a date is (finally) set to introduce the gameplay.

See you on Thursday January 27, 2022!

I’m fed up with FIFA 22 Who doesn’t seem to be evolving anymore? Annoyed by what is presented eFootball 2022, the new version of PES? UFL may be for you. Obviously, it’s hard to say that no photos or videos have been released yet. After months of teasing, Studio Strikerz Inc is finally ready to offer a gameplay video! Note the date: it will be Thursday, January 27, 2022, just a month away!

Apart from this news which will undoubtedly delight fans of football simulation, the developer has been active in recent weeks: we recently told you about the first partnership with the club West Ham United in England. Now, many other European clubs have joined the adventure and it will be necessary to rely on the official licenses of Sporting Portugal, Shaktar Donetsk, Borussia Dortmund and more recently Besiktas. On the Ligue 1 side, only FC Monaco has responded for the moment.

While it is difficult to deduce anything from this at the moment, the UFL simulation has managed to attract clubs used to European Cups, for the most part. Having big names on the cover or having official licenses hasn’t always anticipated successful results in the history of football video games, but it shows that the project is well advanced. This in itself is very good news! See you in a month to (finally) realize the potential of the UFL.
